My husband and run a local business in the main street of Yarram. We both love to travel and we are also property investors and have a love for properties. So we thought because we both love working with the public and meeting new people and we also had a few investment properties in Yarram why not turn them into accommodation for guests to appreciate as much as we do.

1950's cottage, with most of the original features. We are in the process of up dating and refreshing the cottage. We have transformed this once neglected rental into a very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay. Every room has been painted with all new furniture, Queen size bed in the main bedroom with Sheraton linen. Second bedroom is a Double size and third bedroom has a King size bed. King and Queen with Sheraton linen. Original bathroom. The house has one inside toilet which is located off the laundry. Colin and I have been working for months on this neglected rental trying to breath some life back into it and we are nearly there. Inside is complete outside just about. The house has floor boards thought out with high ceilings and ceiling rose in the lounge area. Open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge. Back deck entertainment area over looking a very large secure backyard. Ample off road parking. The Yarram area is a rural country town, the main industry is dairy farming. The town has many eateries that we can recommend, gift shops, wonderful information centre that has local craft and art gallery, our beautifully restored Regent theatre that holds many attractions and a picture theatre. We also have some wonderful attractions such as out Tarra Valley and Bugla national parks, a beautiful beach that is part of the ninety mile. A little fishing village called Port Albert that has some wonderful restaurants, maritime museum, art gallery, antique and gifts shops. Wineries and an award winning golf course. We have all this tourist information at the property if any one is interested visiting any of these attractions.
