This neighbourhood boasts a beautiful scenic view of the hills. To the east of the property alpaccas, horses, and guinea fowl contribute to the rural atmosphere. Kangaroos and birdlife are plentiful around the property and the early morning calls of the songbirds are a delight. This property has the best of both worlds whilst it is a rural setting it is unique in that you can take a quick stroll and you are only minutes away from the city centre. It was formally known as Kooringa and the location of the miners dugouts. The cemetery is located to the north of the property and provides a great historical education.
