Welcome to Cozy Cottage Ballarat - Homestay! We’re thrilled to have you as our guest. Our home is situated in the quiet Winter Valley area, close to Delacombe Town Centre and Lucas Shopping centre. Welcome to Cozy Cottage, located in the lovely Carringum Estate! This near-new, modern home is set on a spacious 435m² block (approximately), perfectly balancing comfort and style. You will love the convenience of being close to both Delacombe and Lucas Town Centres, making shopping and dining a breeze. You’ll have full access to the entire home, except for the master bedroom, pantry, linen cupboard in laundry, which is kept private for us. Since we both work full-time, you’ll find that the house is mostly yours to enjoy! There are three lovely guest bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a cozy second living room that are all yours. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and laundry, and we’ll do our best to stay out of those areas during your stay to ensure you have plenty of peace and quiet. Should you have any inquiries about our booking process or the amenities available, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our dedicated team is here to assist you and ensure that every aspect of your stay is not only enjoyable but truly memorable! Please read our terms and conditions before booking.
