Housed in a building built in 1846, the Customs House Hotel is located in front of the Derwent River and home to one of Hobart's oldest pubs. If you require car parking, please contact the hotel to reserve it in-advance as it is subject to avaialbility. LATE ARRIVALS: We are not open 24 hours. If you are arriving past 8pm, please inform the hotel directly. STAIRS: We do have a lift but there are stairs leading to most rooms. This can range for 10-12 stairs or a full flight of stairs as the lift doesn't go to level 3. Please let us know ahead of time if you need a room without stairs
