“Beautiful and relaxing, magical views from just above the town, so close to the Hotel for a late night meal. Beds comfortable, very clean, quiet with a usable kitchen. Great spot to do as little or as much as you want. We will definitely be back.”

Charming Beach House with breathtaking ocean views and lovely garden. Just 250m from Lorne’s main beach, this lovely 1970s coastal cottage offers from its spacious living room and wraparound deck amazing ocean views which include Lorne, its sandy beaches, Aireys lighthouse, and across towards the pier. With 6 beds across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it sleeps 7-9. In a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to the main strip, it’s a perfect retreat, offering a relaxed style for families and friends.
I’m a teacher of languages, English and Italian, married with three adult children and living in Melbourne. My family and I are delighted to share our much loved Lorne beach house with guests who will appreciate its charm and peaceful setting. We’ve designed the space to be warm, comfortable and welcoming, a true retreat for family and friends. We enjoy good design, good food and time by the sea, and hope you’ll feel completely at home, while discovering the beauty of Lorne and surrounds.
From this tranquil base, enjoy easy access to the surf beach, cafés, restaurants, galleries, waterfalls and spectacular coastal or forest walks. Relax, explore, and experience the very best of Lorne — Enjoy a lovingly maintained home set in a beautifully manicured garden just two streets up from the main beach.
