The cottage offers four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, generous dining and living areas both indoor and out as well as a BBQ and a fire pit within an expansive pet-friendly backyard. Fairbairn Cottage takes sociable, country living to heart. Spend your mornings on the Mudgee Golf Course just two blocks away or experience the flavours of Mudgee’s vineyards, with dozens within a ten-minute drive. The open-plan living features an abundant, cosy space to spread out with leather sofas fronting a flat-screen TV. There is a slow combustion wood fire to keep you warm during the winter months and reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you cool on those hot summer days. The foyer is set up with a dedicated workspace where you can answer calls and emails. The property comes with a standard bedding configuration as advertised. Changes to the setup can be arranged for an additional fee of AUD30 per bed, which covers extra linen and housekeeping time.

Share your meals at the breakfast bar or at the eight-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing meals at home including a spacious 900mm oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and pantry complete with pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy entertaining on the large rear deck with outdoor seating for eight and whip up a true Aussie feast on the large Weber gas BBQ. The beautiful peppercorn trees provide wonderful shade for the summer months and a fire pit will keep you snug as the sun sets. The cottage consists of four bedrooms, all equipped with ceiling fans and electric blankets. You’ll find a plush king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and two single beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms that can be made into a super king bed upon request. The neat main bathroom has a beautiful free-standing bath and a separate shower, while the second bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, sink, and includes a washing machine. A dryer can be found in the kitchen.
