Fernglen Forrest Retreat is a paradise rain forest estate featuring 5 cottages. It is set on 7 acres of lush green native bush with a river, tree ferns and towering mountain ash, down a long winding driveway you’re transported into an idyllic forest paradise. If you’re wanting peace and quiet this retreat is for you. You can book one, multiple or all of the cottages, which will give you exclusive use of the entire estate including our onsite forest sauna and outdoor bathing area. Each cottage is unique in it's style and character and each caters to different group and groups sizes. Fernglen Forest Retreat is located only 2 blocks from Tatra wedding receptions. It’s also within a short drive to other wedding venues such as SkyHigh, Poets Lane, Lyrebird Falls, Nathania Springs, and Mist to name a few. This makes our accommodation perfect for wedding groups, as well as families and couples. Many brides take advantage of the stunning native grounds, with towering mountain ash as a backdrop for their photos.
