Located 8 minutes north of Yeppoon, both rooms listed are part of our home. We have our own private living area at the back of the house. The Queen Deluxe Studio has its own private, secure entrance which leads to a comfortable lounge/dining area with complimentary snacks, fridge and TV. Adjoining the lounge is a spacious air-conditioned queen-size bedroom with views to the garden. A lockable sliding door gives access into the main house where you will find the guest bathroom. The King Room is accessed through our front door and is found right next to the guest bathroom. Choose your room and the other will be blocked so that you enjoy your stay exclusively. The outdoor heated spa is for your use and we invite you to share our beautiful outdoor deck, kitchen and dining areas. We respect your privacy but are also happy to share our local knowledge and get to know you during your stay. We hope you enjoy this peaceful paradise as much as we do!
I arrived in Australia for a holiday 30 years ago and fell in love with its diverse landscape and friendly, fun-loving people. I found my "happy place" in Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. I work full time and enjoy nothing more than kicking off my shoes, pouring a glass of wine and wandering around the property with my partner and our 2 rescue dogs. We check out what's in flower, enjoy the birds having there afternoon splash in the birdbaths, see if our bees are busy making honey and maybe pick some fresh herbs for dinner. We also enjoy plenty of fresh eggs from our free range chickens. Using Airbnb accommodation has made my experiences so much more personal with local knowledge being shared and friendships being made. I hope to return some of that hospitality by welcoming you into our home.
