The home offers an easy, breezy coastal calm, with light-filled interiors and leafy outlooks creating a relaxed sense of retreat. Upstairs, the open-plan living zone unfolds under soaring ceilings, offering a bright and welcoming space to gather, with plush seating and a large-screen TV creating an inviting spot for relaxed downtime. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, stone benchtops, pendant lighting and a generous walk-in pantry that expands your prep and storage space, keeping the open area clutter-free. The dining table encourages long, easy meals, with seating for up to ten guests. Thoughtfully separated across both levels, the bedrooms offer a balance of privacy and comfort, each fitted with a ceiling fan. Upstairs, the primary bedroom provides a peaceful haven with upper-deck access and an ensuite. The nearby bunk room, which also has its own ensuite, includes a king single over a queen bed plus a single trundle, providing great flexibility for families or mixed groups. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms open directly to the lower deck: one with a king bed, and the other with two king single beds that can join to make a king bed upon request at no extra cost. A third bathroom with a walk-in shower supports everyday comfort, while the laundry area offers convenience for long stays. A portable crib and a baby bath support are available and can be found in the primary bedroom’s ensuite. Outside, the private pool becomes a refreshing sanctuary, surrounded by tropical greenery and a generous poolside deck—an inviting space for quiet stretching, morning yoga, or simply basking in the calm. Above, the expansive upper deck offers a breezy perch amongst the treetops, perfect for alfresco dining. Parking: one in the driveway and a double garage. The internal staircase features open risers and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Note that only the primary bedroom includes air conditioning.

Morning walks or cycles along the Sandgate–Shorncliffe pathway begin right outside your door, with shaded rest spots and playgrounds dotted along the shoreline. Local favourites such as Treaty of Paris, Baaia, The Sands Social and Doug’s Seafood Café sit within an easy walk, while the Sandgate Aquatic Centre—with swimming areas and BBQ spots—offers relaxed outdoor fun.
