Fuller Holidays presents this spacious entertainer right in Byron township. This duplex is perfect for a family or 2 couples who would like a stylish escape. The home is open plan and has a large air-conditioned lounge room, next to a dining area and a fully stocked kitchen that you can plan to stay in, and cook up a great meal. There are enclosed courtyards both to the front and back with outdoor seating, and dining tables and BBQ. What better way to enjoy the evening than being out under the stars. There are two queen master bedrooms, and two bathrooms plus a third room with two bunk beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and separate. The property would suit 4 adults and children. Located right in the heart of town, yet in a private quiet area, you can walk to the beach, markets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes. Parking available on-site. Pets allowed with approval from the agent in writing. If a pet is brought without approval additional cleaning will be deducted from your bond and you may lose the right to keep your reservation. Please inform Fuller Holidays in advance of your expected arrival time. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and it is not guaranteed.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival (60 days for peak dates). On the day of your arrival, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be texted/emailed to you.

A security deposit of $1000 - $3000 AU is required to be paid 30 day prior to your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the

If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.

The agent may enter the property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, repairs/maintenance and drop off household items.

If an inspection is required due to the property terms and conditions being breached or compromised, you agree to allow the agent to enter.

In the event of any renovation or building work carried out near the premises, Fuller Holidays cannot accept responsibility. There is no refund or discount on your tariff should noise occur during your stay. Guests cannot be relocated.

If the guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, guest shall be subject to eviction and forfeit the security bond.

All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33/per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised at all times. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.

If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.

All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions including all guests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.
