At the time of booking, the guest is charged a 50% deposit of total accommodation. This will be charged on your credit card. Non-refundable crecit card charges apply.

Please inform Fuller Holidays in advance of your expected arrival time. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and it is not guaranteed.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival (60 days for peak dates). On the day of your arrival, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be texted/emailed to you.

If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.

The agent may enter the property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, repairs/maintenance and drop off household items.

If an inspection is required due to the property terms and conditions being breached or compromised, you agree to allow the agent to enter.

In the event of any renovation or building work carried out near the premises, Fuller Holidays cannot accept responsibility. There is no refund or discount on your tariff should noise occur during your stay. Guests cannot be relocated.

If the guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, guest shall be subject to eviction and forfeit the security bond.

All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33/per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised at all times. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.

If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.

All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions including all guests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.

Trong trường hợp bạn trả phòng sớm, chỗ nghỉ vẫn sẽ thu toàn bộ tiền phòng.

Chỗ nghỉ này không nhận tổ chức tiệc chia tay cuộc đời độc thân hay các bữa tiệc tương tự như vậy.

Chỗ nghỉ này nằm trong khu dân cư và khách được yêu cầu hạn chế gây tiếng ồn.

Thời gian yên lặng bắt đầu từ 22:00:00 đến 08:00:00.

Khách sẽ nhận hợp đồng cho thuê, sau đó khách phải ký và gửi lại hợp đồng cho chỗ nghỉ trước khi đến nơi. Nếu không nhận được hợp đồng đúng hạn, khách nên liên lạc với công ty quản lý chỗ nghỉ theo số điện thoại trong xác nhận đơn đặt.

Khách dưới 18 tuổi chỉ có thể nhận phòng cùng phụ huynh hoặc một người bảo hộ hợp pháp.

Không thể lưu trú tại chỗ nghỉ này cho mục đích cách ly vì virus corona (COVID-19).

Yêu cầu AUD 1.000 tiền đặt cọc đề phòng hư hại. Chỗ nghỉ sẽ thu khoản này ngày trước khi đến. Số tiền này sẽ được chỗ nghỉ thu qua thẻ tín dụng. Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 7 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc của bạn sẽ được hoàn lại toàn bộ thông qua thẻ tín dụng, nhưng cũng phụ thuộc vào mức hư hại mà bạn có thể gây ra tại chỗ nghỉ.
