Gemma's Animal Fam by Tiny Away is approx 100 meters away from the main house. Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra and Optus; Weak signals for the rest. This Tiny House has cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. Gemma's Animal Farm is pet friendly accommodation. Pets should be kept on lead at all times. Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests. Please clean up after your dog/cat shedding before checking out. Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings. Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property. We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay. Fire pit is available but firewood is with additional charge. Please be reminded that outdoor fire pit is not available during a total fire ban. All pre-orders and activities listed above must be pre-arranged with the land host 24 hrs before arrival for a smooth check-in. For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding. Lastly, please be guided that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet.
