I am available mostly through messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized and king-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: Bathroom 1 has a shower and a toilet. Also, there is a separate toilet room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - coffee machine - Caffitaly We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart 60" SONY TV which you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. TV has access to local channels LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: Off-street parking is available for two vehicles on the gravel nature strip in front of 4 Barrallier St, Griffith, ACT. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

This house is near the Kingston shop and restaurants, Manuka Pool and Telopea Park. It is only a short drive away from the Manuka shopping precinct, Questacon, the National Library, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Gallery, The High Court of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.
