Guwarri Bayside Retreat is built in the iconic Broome style of the old pearlmaster's residence. Wide shuttered verandahs have been enclosed to create an open plan easy living space that is both stylish and comfortable. Located in the award winning Town Beach (Guwarri) precinct, so much of Broome's best is right at your doorstep. From the cool tranquility of the space you can walk across Robinson St to Town Beach, the staircase markets, museum, restaurants, supermarket bus stop and so much more
I'm 52 year old self employed artist and art facilitator, I have 9 furbabies full time and on occasion foster animals. I love to travel, I am eco conscious, animal friendly and community minded. I will be there to check guests in
Robinson St is the foreshore street for the Guwarri Precinct. there are houses along one side and the bay on the other side. During the season the area is a hub of activity with so many wonderful features at your doorstep. Two restaurants and the Food Lab (to die for), the Broome Pantry for grocery needs, Liqourland, the Broome Historical Museum, The waterpark, laundromat, gym equipment, play park and bus stop are literally right there for you. The weekly night markets and stairway to the moon monthly festival, the new jetty and of course the beach, all right there. theres a boat ramp for those who holiday with their boats. Bus Stop, literally one house block from your front door. Town Beach also at your doorstep. a couple of kms walk takes you past Matso's Broome Brewery, Black Stump Gallery and the Mangrove Hotel to the iconic Chinatown precinct. Bus it to cable beach and theres secure gated parking for your car or hire vehicle if you choose to venture out of town.
