Nearby is the small small town of Port Sorell where you will find a Woolworths, fuel station, takeaway shops, and cafes. We are only 150m from Port Sorrell Surf Club which is the the start line for Port Sorell parkrun. Hawley Beach is know for its minute red sand crabs, hooded plovers and reasonable fishing. We have a permanent population of around 484.
