With the Bay of Fires just minutes away, it’s the perfect base for exploring Tasmania’s East Coast or simply slowing down and enjoying the space. Inside the Shack The open-plan kitchen and living area is ideal for entertaining or unwinding. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, and all cookware, while soaking in the warmth of the wood heater or the soft glow of morning and afternoon sun. A breakfast bar seats four comfortably. The living area offers cosy seating for four, a Smart TV, reverse-cycle heat pump, and a wood heater for those chilly nights. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King bed in a sunlit space with built-in wardrobe Bedroom 2: Queen bed with wardrobe and desk space (Portacot available) Premium linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for your comfort. Bathroom & Laundry A bright, simple bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity, stocked with eco-conscious products. Laundry includes washing machine, dryer, and eco-friendly laundry sheets. Outdoor Living Step outside to a sunny deck with a gas BBQ and seating for six. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit with marshmallow sticks (and marshmallows!) provided. The large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of space and parking for cars, boats, or trailers. Pet-Friendly We welcome dogs! The fully fenced yard is perfect for pets (please bring your own blankets, bowls, and beds). Hilltop Hideaway is suited for 2–4 guests and offers a relaxed, homely feel with thoughtful touches throughout.
