Introducing your hosts, Denise and Mike. Local to Iluka, we welcome you to our beautiful town and to Iluka Beachouse. We take delight in striving to make your stay with us as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. After long careers, Denise in medical and Mike in construction, we combined our love of the ocean and passion for bringing enjoyment to others and acquired Iluka Beachouse in 2025.

Property information

Occupying the best location in Iluka, these five fully furnished holiday units are tastefully decorated with a chic coastal theme and offer basic home comforts. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi, with linen and towels provided. A mix of one and two bedrooms, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, combined dining and living area with TV and a private courtyard complete with BBQ. Four of the units are on the ground floor and these are pet friendly. Unit 5 is on the first floor and offers stunning views across the Clarence River. No pets are allowed in Unit 5. Free off-street parking is available in front of each unit.

Neighbourhood information

Ideally located in the heart of Iluka these apartments have the best of everything right on your doorstep. Step across the road to enjoy a swim in Iluka Bay or a refreshing drink at Sedgers Reef Hotel. A short two-minute walk will have you enjoying the freshest seafood Iluka has to offer at the Fisherman’s Co-Op. Take a leisurely stroll to Moriarty’s Beach or through the renowned Iluka Rainforest Walk to Iluka Bluff. The main street with local shops is an easy walk away offering a bakery, post office and numerous cafes and eateries. The foreshore walk passes your front door and is perfect for your morning walks before enjoying a coffee in your private courtyard.
