Please Note - Access to Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend is via a 3km dirt track from Bridge St, Koonoomoo. The track can be challenging to traverse in a standard car during and after wet weather events. Koonoomoo is well known for The Big Strawberry and the café/shop and Tocumwal is known for The Big Cod. Tocumwal offers a great splash park for the kids to play and there are plenty of open, green spaces and playgrounds to BBQ or picnic in. There are several excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes in Tocumwal some with great views of the river. There are also several boutique shops including an antique store, tea house, ice creamery and jerky shop. Tocumwal also has an IGA, pharmacy, post office and library. Only 20 minutes from the park, Cobram also offers several excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes and has larger chain stores including Woolworths and McDonalds. Pick up some delicious fresh produce and locally made products from Manto Produce & Providore. Only a short drive is Byramine Homestead Brewery and Pfeiffer Wine in the famous Rutherglen wine region. Don't want to go too far - Just sit back and enjoy the Kangaroos, Koalas, Cockatoos and much more wildlife that call Murray Bend home!
