The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck. From the street entrance there are a number of steps to the studio. The studio is quite separate and private from our house as it is up the back of our property. Approximately once a fortnight Ivano holds a 'pop-up' restaurant for 12 people in our home. We have a dog - George the Groodle, he spends most of his time inside the main house but please let us know if you have any allergies or aversions to dogs.
