We are Jenny and Richard, a couple of grey-haired Aussies who love to travel. We have been fortunate to be able to travel to many places over the years and love to share our adventures with others. We have both retired from work and hope to do more travelling both overseas and around this amazing country of ours. We have been creating our gorgeous garden since 1987. A huge expansion in 2011 made it around 3 acres of expansive lush green lawns, a large pond, and garden beds filled with a variety of native and exotic plants. We established our Garden Pods in 2023 and love sharing our fabulous place with guests. We are sociable, easy-going people and we often have visitors staying or we are hosting dinners with friends and family. We are very fortunate that our three adult children and their families live close by. We get to spend a lot of time with our 7 precious grandchildren. If we are away travelling our children will very capably look after our guests.

Our luxurious garden pods are the perfect escape for couples seeking a unique getaway in a gorgeous garden setting. Our two pods are designed with comfort in mind, featuring queen sized beds, plush bedding, and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. While we welcome children each pod can only sleep two people in the one queen bed (there is no room for portacots or mattresses on the floor) Each pod is equipped with a private bathroom, complete with a hot shower, toilet, vanity, lovely thick, fluffy towels and toiletries. You'll also find a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. The pods are fully insulated and equipped with heating and cooling, ensuring that you enjoy a comfortable stay no matter the weather. Your luggage can be stored under the bed. Wifi is available and each pod has a smart TV and a charging station in case you’ve forgotten yours! We provide a delicious continental breakfast that includes cereal, muesli, milk, bread, butter and spreads, all complimented by tea and coffee making facilities. As you step outside, you'll be greeted by stunning views of our picturesque 3 acre farm garden. You'll be able to relax, dine and unwind on your own private terrace area, a perfect spot to take in the fresh country air while sipping on a warm cuppa, or to enjoy a glass of wine under the stars in the evening. A shared pergola is located between the two pods and is perfect spot to meet and mingle with other guests or cook up a feast on the BBQ provided. Each Pod has a fire pit is available for the colder months. Wood is supplied, bring your marshmallows! Guests are encouraged to wander the garden where you may encounter Indian Runner Ducks, wandering chickens or the friendly Jack Russel, Jimmy, from next door. We have an abundance of great restaurants and cafes to dine at and a fabulous team at the Griffith Tourism Hub who can help you arrange farm tours at places like Catania Fruit Salad Farm, Southern Cotton and Aqua Murray Cod. History buffs are well catered for with Pioneer Park and the Italian Museum. Check out the views and visit the Hermit's Cave. What about a visit to Altina Wildlife Park? Of course a visit would not be complete without visiting a cellar door or two. Our road is a gravel one and is often dusty and corrugated. Fortunately, you only need to travel 390m to get to our gate and we are only 4km from the centre of our vibrant town. Courtesy buses from local clubs as well as taxis are available to take you in.
