Your Beachside Haven - 1 minute walk and you're on JONES BEACH! Jones Beach Haven is a lovely fully self contained beachside studio apartment in a quiet street. A patrolled beach is located across the road with a shade covered park to keep kids entertained for hours. This beachside studio offers a versatile and flexible floor plan. The apartment can be set up with a queen bed plus sofa or alternatively converted to a second queen bed. Outdoor seating is available at the back door to enjoy the serenity of Kiama Downs and a covered seating area is available out the front. All linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning supplies including basic pantry items, toiletries and hand sanitizer are supplied. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is located within the studio apartment ranging from beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, buckets and spades. A number of dining options include Stacks, Cantik Place, Fish Vibes Cafe, Kiama Golf Club, IGA and a bottleshop all within less than 400m easy flat walking distance. The beach across the road is great for a walk, run, surf, swim or stroll. Plenty of walking tracks are at your doorstep and we encourage you to enjoy the 20kms of Kiama Coastal Walk has to offer. Pets are not permitted and this is agreed to in the house rules. If you are found with pets on the premises you will be required to leave the immediately and charged AUD200.

Kiama Downs is a hidden gem with very few properties in the area. The beach is pristine, patrolled most of the year. We enjoy a quiet neighbourhood and you can hear the ocean most nights.
