-Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, pets, parties, or events -To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21-year-old groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties /events of any sort.   In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 15. Day visitors: up to 7 extra people (total max 22 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
 -We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. -If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of 20 AUD per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
