The main bedroom is located at the rear of the house, overlooking the outdoor area and the huge, enclosed back yard. The main bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed with a trundle. This bedroom features it's own TV, 3 seater lounge and a wardrobe with full length mirror . It's the perfect hang out for the kids or for those requiring a bit of extra space when staying with others. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds and are located at the front and side of the house. Just the Spot has 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower and hand basin. The laundry is in this bathroom also. Bathroom 2 has a bath with the shower over it and a hand basin. The toilet is separate to both the bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and electric blankets. The open plan living area has a wood heater, 40" smart tv, lounges and bean bags. The dining table can be extended to accommodate a full house and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A pod coffee machine and air fryer have been included for your convenience. There is a bbq in the outdoor dining area within the fully enclosed back yard.
