The Katoomba Cosy Cottage truly lives up to its name with a faithful restoration to new in the old Cottage style of the Blue Mountains. The entire Cottage measures 65 sq metres and is all yours with private access to come and go at your pleasure during your stay. The cottages restoration includes new walls, new floors and carpets and new bathroom and kitchen with steaming Hot Water in the shower. It is fully insulated with gas heating and electric blankets on the Luxurious Queen size bed to ensure those cold winter Blue Mountains nights are a warm and cosy experience. In the Kitchen there is a double sink, espresso coffee maker, kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave plus an electric frypan with a glass lid. Coffee Pods and all tea making facilities (including leaves and teabags). The Bathroom supplies include shampoo, body wash and conditioner as well as a hairdryer and all towels, face washers and floor mats, all with a luxury feel. The convenience of being so close to the town's centre makes the main street a short four- minute walk and 1 minute car ride and is situated very close to the World Heritage 3 sisters and Scenic World. All the town's restaurants and eateries along with the market and commercial centre are at your fingertips. All our guests are delighted and really enjoy their stay and feel like they have come to a quiet and safe retreat right in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
