Come in and make yourself at home. Kia Ora is situated just 6km from Lake Jindabyne and 30mins from the ski fields of Perisher and Thredbo. The cabin is part of our farm nestled in the high country. It's the perfect place to kick back and relax after enjoying all the mountains has to offer. Get the wood fire burning on the colder months and throw open the windows for the cooling mountain breeze when it's warm. Your hosts live on the farm in the neighbouring farm house.

Nestled into the rolling hills of the Snowy Mountains high country, the cabin is surrounded by working farmland. Kia Ora was originally part of a larger homestead that was sub divided over time. The farm is a mix of flat grazing pasture and rugged bushland. This is horse country so expect to be greeted by our rescue brumbies on arrival. You access Kia Ora via a shared driveway along which you will find our neighbours horses and sheep. Please drive slowly and secure all gates as you pass through them. We have plenty of parking out the front of the cabin. Please note the property is down a 600m dirt driveway and there is a small creek crossing to access the property. Most 2WD drive cars are fine but low slunge sports cars may struggle to access via the dirt road and creek.
