For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Imagine waking to the smell of the native bush and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Check out the surf from your backyard and walk 50 metres down the private track to one of our most popular surf beaches, Kirby's for a dip before breakfast. Life can truly be this good!

Neighbourhood information

Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah and Berrara are lovely coastal areas offering a range of water activities. Boating, fishing, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing are all great around here.
