Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes. We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA . We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.

Relax in generous indoor and outdoor spaces on one level with stunning lake views, and stroll to local cafes, the seafront, or bike into Victor Harbor. Enter through the hallway, past the casual lounge with large TV, into the light-filled open-plan living area. The white kitchen features an island bench, Belling oven, soft-close drawers, Miele dishwasher, and walk-in pantry. Larger groups can enjoy multiple living areas including a lake-view lounge, covered pergola, and rumpus room. Features include big screen TVs, Wi-Fi, Netflix, timber floors in hallways & living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Water activities include 3 kayaks (1 child, 1 adult, 1 double) plus 1 SUP (standup paddleboard), with life jackets (2 large, 2 medium, 3 small). The home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master offers lake views, a walk-in robe, and a renovated ensuite, while the others include built-in robes. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Bed Configuration (Sleeps 8): Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Twin Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Twin – Staggered Bunk Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Beds are freshly made with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are provided. Pets are welcome indoors. The grassed area is fully fenced with a lowest point of 1200mm and a gap between fence uprights of 70mm. Note: Dogs on a leash are permitted on the lake and beach but not in the water. No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Encounter Bay is a quiet and peaceful location, protected on one side by Granite island and on the other, by the Bluff. There are spectacular walks nearby (try the cliff walk from Petrel Cove to Kings Beach), a lovely salt water lake for sheltered swimming, a wetlands filled with birdlife, a dog park just a few mins drive away. Walk to the Beach House for a Bluff Beer and a wood oven pizza, or for something a little more upmarket, make a reservation for lunch or dinner at Eat at Whalers (at the bottom of the Bluff).
