The house is named after a cherished older family member who loves to have fun and relax in equal measure. Linda's is a fully renovated cottage, equipped for complete self service, featuring ornate plaster detailing and wooden floors in the living area, modern bathroom with bath, quality soft furnishings and carpets, and cushioned window seats in the bedrooms. Outside there is a beautiful, shady, pink peppercorn tree set in a lush, large, green garden, a retro BBQ and large outdoor patio with dining area, and the property has space for onsite parking of 2-3 vehicles. It is in an established residential area, so great for quiet, peaceful nights when the sun goes down, or a cosy glass of wine in heated comfort.

The property is located at the northern end of Cessnock, on the edge of the town towards Nulkaba, and the vineyards, activities and attractions of Pokolbin and Lovedale. The house itself is located in an established residential street close to both the vineyards and recreational areas, and the amenities of the local town centre. The northern edge of Cessnock is uniquely positioned in one of the oldest and most distinct wine making regions in the world, the stunning and rich Hunter Valley. There are over 100 wineries in the area, and visits to vineyards and cellar tours are easily arranged from the property. Entertainment options in the area range from hot air ballooning, award winning restaurants, casual cafes and eateries, spas, cycling, the best golf courses, gorgeous gardens, and the Hunter Valley Zoo.
