Lou’s Tiki Pad is a bright and airy apartment located across from the golden sands of North Kirra beach. Updated throughout, it perfectly blends a colourful and fun retro feel with expected modern comfort in an ideal location, that is sure to become a favourite! The spacious kitchen provides everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, oven, electric cooktop, and microwave plus plenty of bench and storage space. The open plan living room comes equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfy furniture, soft curtaining, dining area for 4 to enjoy meals and a large Samsung 55inch smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. Step through to the beachfront balcony offering ocean views through the beach scrub. With a tiki bar and lounge setting, this is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy sunset drinks. The master bedroom is very spacious and provides a king bed while the second bedroom provides a double bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and plenty of storage, The bathroom has a walk-in shower with separate toilet. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. There is secure underground parking for 1 car (1.9m height) and plenty of Council parks across from the apartment for your guests. Ideally, North Kirra Surf Club is right across the road with a patrolled beach, restaurant, and coffee shop just footsteps away. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring / hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches and inland gems like the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, Tweed Regional Gallery and a range of cute & quirky towns.
