All guests are welcomed with a lovely bottle of SA wine and chocolate This luxury oceanfront holiday home in the heart of Victor Harbor features 3 large upstairs bedrooms. The master offers a lounge, verandah, ensuite, walk-in robe, & workspace, while the other two share a main bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Downstairs offers two large entertaining areas: a front lounge with bay views and a rear living, dining, and kitchen area opening to a fully enclosed courtyard. This level meets Gold standard under the Livable Housing Design Standards (Australia, 2017). The downstairs entertaining area includes a sofa bed that converts to a queen-size bed, which can be closed off with a curtain. The large bathroom features grab rails, a drop-down shower seat, and an accessible hand basin, with the laundry accessible through the bathroom. The home offers 2 TVs with Netflix and Wi-Fi, plus books and games. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee pod machine. Double sliding doors open to a covered outdoor dining area with gas BBQ and private courtyard. A secure carport and garage are provided, along with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning on both levels and in each bedroom. For guests who find stairs difficult, we can configure a curtained-off area. Please let us know when booking. Beds are freshly made with linens. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, & tea towels are provided. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside. The property is secured by high fences. No Schoolies bookings. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
