This terrific holiday apartment is located within the Nivarna Condotels Coolum Beach complex. The property is nicely styled and fitted out and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and a lounge space, private balcony and even a private plunge pool. All shared resort facilities are available to guests and include swimming pool, gym, outdoor BBQ's and outdoor dining.

The property is located short 5 minute (400m), walk will take you to the picturesque Yaroomba-Marcoola Conservation Reserve and beach, which is a coastal destination and boardwalk just to the east of Mount Coolum with views back over the mountain. Known for its wide sandy shores, it is a favourite spot for beachgoers. During school holidays, the beach is patrolled by lifeguards, making it a safe place for swimming, and also enjoying the stunning ocean views, whale watching and the beautiful nature covered boardwalk alongside which runs as far as Marcoola Surf Club with regular lookouts to the ocean.
