Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that rooms are serviced once a week. Please note that all rooms and apartments are individually furnished, and the photos are presented as a guide only.
Please note that construction work is taking place in the hotel from June 2025 to October 2025 and some rooms may be affected by noise.
Housekeeping frequency depends on the rate and length of your stay. Daily servicing of rooms might not apply, and it will be serviced on a weekly basis.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
