Our property is on five acres with beautiful views from front overlooking treetops and mountain views. Wallabies and wild life, feeding at 4pm daily.
Montrose cottage offers BBQ facilities, a pot belly stove and outdoor dining setting. Washer and dryer are available in the ensuite, and there is a clothesline outside.
Continental breakfast is included in your stay.
My husband and I have lived in the Childers area for 11 years. My interests include painting, sewing and gardening. We have travelled extensively overseas and throughout Australia, and enjoy meeting new people. We have four children - two in Melbourne, one Sunshine Coast and one in Cairns.
Apple Tree Creek is a very small village population 900, very close to Childers which has lovely coffee shops and shopping in genera. Apple Tree Creek has a lovely restaurant called Mollydookers with a mixed menu of Canadian and Australian cuisine and is extremely popular. It also has the 'Apple Tree Creek Hotel' which serves lunch and dinner. Apple Tree Creek is only 35 minutes from Bundaberg and an hour to Bargara which has great restaurants and beautiful beaches.
