I have been managing my cottage since 1999. The cottage has been decorated and gardens designed for maximum fun at the suggestions of my amazing guests. Moore River Cottage has the reputation of being the best and cleanest cottage in town. I provide river kayaks for use at the users risk. You are required to take your own sheets and towels. There is plenty of heating however if you wish to light the fires you will need to take some wood or collect from surrounding area. Definitely no parties, neighbours have requested noise curfew, 10.00pm-6.30am. PLEASE, respect my property, I work hard to offer the best, negligent breakages will be charged out to the person who has rented the cottage.
I am a yoga devotee and like to feel the ying and yang of a property. I offer a unique cottage that hopefully has the correct balance and is very user friendly catering for all ages. No parties or groups under 21. There is and noise curfew. The gardens are designed for romping, playing or sitting and chatting. A great outdoor BBQ area and huge dining table under the African thatch is a favourite spot on a summers day/evening. The front veranda is the spot for morning coffee whilst the local birds conduct their ablutions. From the same spot with a wine in hand you can watch the sun melt into the Indian Ocean
'Where the river meets the sea', Guilderton. This unique area is where the Moore River meets the Indian Ocean. There is a sandbar that separates the two and with the normal cycle of nature the bar will open from time to time. This is a treat to witness. The sand hills, affectionately know as ,the dessert' is a great place to play and sandboard down into the water.
