Guilderton is a quiet little town nestled on the hill overlooking the Moore River mouth and the Indian Ocean. We have a general store which stocks the absolute essentials and a game centre and gift store right next door. For eating out, there is takeaway burgers and fish n chips at the roadhouse and counter meals Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm at the Guilderton Country Club. The cafe at the bottom of the hill is open most days and evenings too with great coffee! There’s a freshly re-vamped general store which is a short wander down the hill from our house. There’s a cafe next door with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the bank of the Moore River.
