Nestled on one of the town’s most sought-after tree-lined streets, it provides plenty of space for those travelling in a group. You will have the main house and pool grounds to yourself, where you’ll find multiple living zones to spread out and relax. The main living and dining area offers full-length windows overlooking the garden, filling the space in beautiful natural light. Come together around the dining table, kick back on the linen-clad lounges or work remotely at the dedicated study nook. A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and you’ll also find plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. A sitting room doubles as a library and is well stocked with books for your reading pleasure. There are two indoor fireplaces to get cosy in front of during winter, while a pool in the backyard encourages sun-soaked days outside. Each bedroom has been beautifully presented for a good night’s sleep, with central air-conditioning and heating throughout. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the second has a queen. Bedrooms three and four both include two king single beds, which can be set up into full kings upon request. There are two tasteful bathrooms with generous rain showers, one of which also has a bathtub. Parking is available on the driveway along with free street parking. Feel free to request additional amenities for an extra fee, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, a high chair, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen. Pool towels are provided for all guests. Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
