The property has stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a second toilet downstairs in the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Full equipped kitchen with fan-forced oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The property has a massage chair with 8 varieties of massage. The courtyard has a 3-seater hydrotherapy spa for guests to enjoy total relaxation, and a day bed. Casual outdoor dining which seats 8 people. Recliner leather lounge suite. 65-inch flat screen television with streaming Netflix, Binge, Prime, Stan & Disney. I can only offer free street parking at the property. The property is in a residential building/area that has permanent and rental residence at the property. Due to the other tenants, I cannot allow my guests to park on the property of Nelson Parke. I wish that wasn't the case, but it is out of my control. The street parking is for free in the area. There is usually plenty of parking on Melville Court or Jarnahill Drive which is opposite Mount Coolum National Park, a short 2 minute walk to the property, Nelson Parke.

The property is in suburban neighborhood of Mount Coolum. Mount Coolum National Park and climb is 2-minute walk away with a 2-hour climb. Patrolled beach 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive. IGA Grocery store, butcher, cafe, chemist, medical center, bottle shop, restaurants, all 3-minute drive away.
