Welcome to our lovely holiday home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the lake with stunning bush views. Built in 2019, our cosy and comfortable home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or groups of friends and a perfect place to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. As your host, I am delighted to have you here and excited for you to experience all that this wonderful property has to offer. Our home features three separate bedrooms, two living rooms with split-air conditioners, two bathrooms with heat lamps, an internal laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. We also offer a double lock-up garage with remote control door. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, our living room features a daybed and a sofa bed that pulls out easily into a double bed, providing additional sleeping options. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional hospitality to our guests. We provide bed linen, bath towels, basic toiletries, dishwashing tablets, detergents, tea towels, tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate to ensure a comfortable stay. Our home is well-maintained and features beautiful furniture, décor, and natural light throughout the house. Past guests have raved about their experience in our home, with one guest even getting engaged on our balcony during NYE fireworks. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all of our guests and look forward to welcoming you to our holiday home. Effective from 1st January 2025, a 7.5% Victoria Short Stay Levy will be applied to all bookings as a service charge.
