Old Chilli is a purpose built B&B which offers privacy for our guests but also allows them to experience a taste of country life in the heart of Daylesford. We have tried to make the property as energy efficient as possible and grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables and even produce our own honey. We are a friendly bunch with Alpacas, a Kelpie and we normally have a kangaroo or two hopping around the yard!
We are a Canadian and an Australian and we love to travel having lived in a few places our latest adventure was living in Buenos Aires for three months. We are learning Spanish and enjoy our life in Daylesford. We love good food and wine and Brian is a great cook who loves to experiment with different breakfast dishes depending whats in season.
We are a short walk to the main street, but overlook a paddock (for the alpacas) and bush land. We are off the main road so it is very tranquil and peaceful but if you need a good coffee a great cafe is just a stroll away.
