Full amenities very clean home. Personal hygiene must be maintained regularly during your stay and general cleanliness. No walking with shoes when inside the house. This is an old family home built in the late 70's. 2 Large rooms available to book a King-size bed in a private bedroom or twin bed floor mattress in the family lounge room. High quality Giselle bedding double floor mattress. When booking the lounge room it is entirely yours. There is no need for anyone to be in there as I do not utilize this open area. It is not a private room there are no doors. SHARED Bathroom FREE kitchen essentials provided (tea, coffee, milk, bread etc). Food and drink options are available on request for an additional fee. FREE FAST NBN WIFI. Smart HDTV with KAYO Sports. FREE Laundry service. 24hr CCTV security with sensor lights of property. Split system reverse cycle Air-conditioner that controls the entire home. If traveling from overseas please ensure you leave an Australian contact number as I will call you to confirm the booking once it is made.
I am the owner of this property and it is my pleasure to offer accommodation in my private residential home that I do live in alone. There are 2 rooms options based on availability with a separate price per night. There may be other guest in the house during your stay depending on which room has been booked and for many people. Usually only one room is booked in any given day. I enjoy meeting new guests and welcoming them in my house. I like sports and online gaming. Very quiet street little noise and very peaceful with Garden views. 24-hour CCTV security with sensor lights. 45 minute drive to Sydney CBD. 35 minute drive to Sydney airport. Meal and transportation services available on request for an additional fee. Please include your check-in time in the booking. This is not a HOTEL or a guest house being shared by other guests ONLY. This is my home that I live in alone.
