Outrigger Burleigh is undergoing external painting of the building over the next few months – it will be in stages working around the building. If your balcony is being renovated Work Place Health and Safety requirements are for you to not use your balcony over that week.

Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.
