Pakenham Place is a spacious 4 Bedroom home - 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom inside, two living areas, kitchen, laundry and Bedroom 4 is a semi detached bungalow with a king bed and an additional bathroom. Our beds have 5 star quality linen and towels and amenities are all provided. There are two living areas which is great for the kids to have their own space. We are centrally located to the main street, so no need to drive anywhere. Supermarkets, bakeries, Murray River, walking/bike tracks etc. are very close by. There is plenty of room to park your cars, boats (behind another gate on the property for extra security) and if you BYO lock we can even offer a lock up shed for your personal belongings - ski gear, bikes etc. If you are a large family, couple of families, group of friends, this is a great central location with all attractions close by for everyone to enjoy and be together. We have a large outdoor dining area with BBQ and room for the kids or adults to enjoy.
I am born and bred locally and I love to travel, camp on the Mighty Murray River and trivia nights with mates are always a great laugh.
Pakenham Place is located in a central residential neighbourhood surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, bakery, clubs, pubs, retail shopping, something for everyone.
