Sharing a beautiful foyer and front entrance with the adjacent apartment, you'll have the privacy of a single unit packed with character and a warm, inviting vibe that will draw you in. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, living room and dining areas. You will find all the basics you need for cooking up a godly meal at home. The living area is a reader's dream, with a packed bookshelf that surrounds the large flat-screen TV, and two velvety sofas that are backed by floor-to-wall windows. Next to this is the dining area where you will find a large formal dining table. Beyond is the first bedroom with a comfortable double fold-up bed, a stained-glass window for natural light and a desk for getting some work done. This is conveniently connected to the first bathroom. Heading upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed, a TV and an ensuite with a shower and bath. The church vibes are strong, with pressed metal ceilings and the church's original windows still in place. Outside is the garage and garden area, with an alfresco setting for basking in the sun's rays amongst your private pocket of lush greenery. A washing machine and basin reside in the laundry area, and there is ample parking available within a two-space garage and driveway parking.

Neighbourhood information

Torrensville is just west of the Adelaide CBD and is home to the vibrant Henley Beach Road, where you will find delicacies such as Francesco's Osteria with its authentic Venetian cuisine, and interesting takes on the basics such as a creative brunch at Pixie and The Hawk. Do yourself a favour and check out the dumplings at Parwana Afghan Kitchen. You'll be a stone's throw from the acreage of Adelaide Botanic Garden and stadium where you can get on paddle boats at Elder Park or spend the day at Adelaide Zoo.
