Raff Family Farms offers accommodation in our renovated soldier settler houses on our Beef Cattle operation Raff Angus. These homes were established during the 1950's. Raff Angus is the only Certified Organic Beef Cattle Property on King Island. Our Beef Cattle Operation was established in Queensland during 1965. Constantly challenged by the drought we decided to move our family along with cattle to King Island during 2015. We invite you to stay at our Family Farm Accommodation at Pepper Tree and Two Twenty Two Farms to enjoy the beauty King Island has to offer. PEPPERTREE FARM STAY accommodation is a magnificently renovated and self- contained home away from home peacefully set on King Islands only Certified Organic Farm Raff Angus located on Yarra Creek Rd, twenty minutes from Currie and ten minutes from Grassy. This homestead provides a great place to come to relax, unwind and enjoy the nature and sights of our beautiful island. Peppertree has been beautifully and recently fully renovated to make your stay for up to six people as homely and comfortable as possible. Set on a 200 acre title, developed post World War Two, Peppertree Farm Stay provides three bedrooms. The main room with queen bed has its own ensuite with a shower big enough for two. Alternatively, its large bath allows you to lay back and enjoy the farms panoramic views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a separate bathroom with the third bedroom that accommodates two single beds. To keep you entertained there is a games room that looks out to the decked area with an eight-ball billiard table with board games and books. A wood heater keeps ideal warmth from those cool southerly breezes. The outside deck extends from the kitchen for social convenience with a homemade garden fire pit to keep you warm while stargazing at night. A five-star chook house located within the gardens boundaries provides the opportunity to daily collect your eggs for breakfast. This family run farm, with its cows descending from those first purchased in 1965 in Queensland and now grazing the lush pastures of King Island, offers personal farm tours where you can hear firsthand of their breeding, re-location, organic and generational family farming journey. PEPPERTREE FARMSTAY is a very comfortable and cosy house with a fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, new bathrooms with underfloor heating and laundry, wood heater and large TV. All set within a rural and peaceful surrounding.

Lymwood is predominately a Beef Cattle region of King Island. It is quiet and tranquil being 9km from the East Coast, 12km from Grassy Harbour and 25km from the main town of Currie. King Island has plenty to offer with 3 golf courses, plenty of sea for surf/fishing/quietly observing and abundant history. Raff Angus also offers a farm tour on request.
