Mount Beauty and the surrounding area is known to have some of the best snowfields, hiking, bike riding and horse riding in Australia. The house is located on a large block of country farmland. There are two neighboring houses. One is fairly close next door with a shared driveway but there is sufficient distance and gardens to maintain privacy. The other house is about 60 meters away and out of sight behind a treeline. It's a 5 minute drive to Mount Beauty, 30 mins to Bright and 40-45 mins to Falls Creek.
