The unit is secured behind a remote-controlled gate and it has security cameras surrounding the property with free parking for one car on site. There are 4 units on site which are separate from one another and the property itself is secure and private and very quiet.

The neighborhood is a quiet family suburb that is a mixture of cultures from European to Middle Eastern and Asian. This means that the shops, cafes, and restaurants accommodate all cultures with a number of them catering to Halal products and services.
There are many supermarkets nearby and a large Shopping Mall and a major Hosipital that is only 4klm away and all of this with a train line 100 meters from the property to give you access to Melbourne city.
