Local for some 30 years, we are more than happy to offer directions, suggestion or any help you might need up to and during your stay. Our contemporary modern 2 Bedroom Villa is located in a beautiful eco-friendly resort on Phillip Island. Nestled amongst picturesque natural flora and Australia fauna the park teams with local wildlife. Spacious and comfortable, the Villa is easily accessible for your convenience. No need for any waiting at reception, just go straight to your Villa where you will find a key box. You will receive an email with the code to open the keybox before your stay. You are provided with fresh and clean bed linen and towels for use indoor and outdoor at the pool, spa or gym. There is a smart t.v, dvd's and lots of games for some fun in the evening and tennis racquets and balls provided to have a hit on the tennis courts. In the warmer months you can relax on the deck with a cool drink, or in the villa you can enjoy the air conditioning on the hottest of summer days. In the winter months the heating and electric blankets will keep you warm and cosy, Phillip Island is an amazing place at any time of the year. You will find coffee, tea, sugar and other pantry items in the kitchen as well as a coffee pod machine with milk in the fridge on arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Philip Island is surrounded with beautiful beaches and loads of attractions for the whole family. It is famous for the adorable fairy penguins viewed at The Nobbies all year round and the Motorsport at the Race Track. We love getting into all the excitement and atmosphere at special times when the island plays host to the Moto GP, there are food festivals, country music festivals, carnivals, markets and art shows. It is like the whole island is bursting with fun and enjoyment, that's what makes it just perfect! It is a good idea to drop in to the tourist information centre in Newhaven were you will find lot's of brochures and the staff very helpful. We trust you will find Phillip Island a relaxing destination with all it has to offer for the whole family, exploring, fishing, wildlife parks and the area in general. Visit the chocolate factory were I'm sure you will find something very tasty. On and around the Island there are many cafe's and restaurants, too many to mention here, some information and leaflets are in the Villa for you to browse. A safe, modern township has everything needed, Coles, Aldi, Woolies, Shell and Caltex, Police station and 24/7 Medical centre. Relax!
