We graze sheep and cattle on our 3,000 acres so you may see us with our working kelpies, moving stock or on the motorbikes or tractor. Clare, Sam and their three children call Ravenswood home. A 3,000 acre working farm, Ravenswood has been in the Hamilton family for 4 generations. We live on Ravenswood and are available by phone or text should you need to contact us. We usually meet you during your stay and you are likely to see us in the comings and goings of farm life, however we respect your privacy. The historic town of Rylstone is only a 5 minute drive from Ravenswood with a charming heritage streetscape and surprising foodie delights, boutique shops and local vineyards. Surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in the region, we are the gateway to World Heritage listed Wollemi National Park, home of the famous Wollemi Pine. Amazing natural attraction include Ganguddy (Dunns Swam), Ferntree Gully, Bylong Valley, Windamere Dam and the Capertee Valley. If you are keen to travel another 40 minutes up the road, you will travel through the village of Lue and be delighted by the town of Mudgee with its vineyards, cafes, restaurants, shopping precinct and more natural wonders including The Drip and Cudgegong River.
