Each side has its own outdoor setting, plus access to a shared BBQ. What makes it special: • Beach shed stocked for fun: beach wagon, sandcastle buckets, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), and kids’ bikes with helmets. • Pétanque pitch in the backyard – spark some friendly family rivalry and laughter. • Cosy fire pit – gather under the stars, toast marshmallows,

We are a family of 4 plus 2 fur babies, that enjoys an Inner West lifestyle of cafes and breweries, as well as the rest and respite of family time in Pearl Beach. We are passionate about live music (watching and playing), sport (watching and playing) and movie night (watching and eating popcorn!!!).

We fell in love with this house and Pearl Beach as soon as we saw it. A extraordinarily serene enclave of paradise for our two children and 2 cavoodles to explore and enjoy nature. Locals here have an environmental and sustainability focus, with a local arboretum, beautiful beach, lookouts and nature walks. Everything is within walking distance, including the local cafe, general store, and fine dining restaurant Pearls on the Beach. To the south of the beach are calm waters and ocean pool for kids to swim in. To the north of the beach is a 24 hour dog friendly beach that our Cavoodle loves doing laps of. It is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing family holiday within easy reach of Sydney.
