French doors open onto a rear deck whilst a laundry houses a washing machine and dryer. Three of the four bedrooms also occupy the downstairs level, the first with a queen size bed, the second with two king singles or a king and the third one has a single bed. Each bedroom houses cupboard storage, blinds and views to the surrounding greenery. A stylish downstairs family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet. Upstairs, a generous master suite has a king size bed, walk-in storage and easy access to the upstairs bathroom. An immaculate kitchen - with timber benchtops, premium appliances, dishwasher and a large fridge - sits in an open plan sitting and dining area commanding exceptional views out over the bay. Beyond the dining table, a glass sliding door leads to an outdoor entertaining deck, with a table, chairs and BBQ perfectly positioned to admire the view. This beachside home is within walking distance of Point Lonsdale’s vibrant shopping and dining strip. There’s quick and easy access to the town’s excellent boutique supermarket as well as the bayfront walking trails, gorgeous family-friendly beaches. LINEN and towels are included BYO beach towels.
